I’m gonna be her prize fighter. I know that she’s out of my league. I’m gonna be her prize fighter. My uniform has been decreed.

Hi hey hello,

I hope you had a great Tuesday! Mine was long.. as always, but it was so very productive. I got a bunch of homework done, and I figured out what I have to do to get some things done on time! Gotta love that!

Anyway, I was reading on The College Prepster about where she likes to think, and where she gets the most inspiration. One of the places she mentioned was the movies. I have to agree. Ever since I went and saw The Perks of Being a Wallflower, so much about me has been inspired, my music has been inspired, my attire has been inspired, and my thought life has been inspired and that got me thinking. How much do these things really impact us, without even thinking about it?

So, a big part of this movie is misfits and kids who listen to older music, that is not the top 40. Due to that, I have been listening almost exclusively to older music… and the Killers and Neon Trees. I don’t even know why. I mean, it’s all great music, but it changed so drastically. It isn’t bad by any means, but if something that innocent changed, what else is the music, movies, television, and society we subject ourselves to changing?

I don’t know about you, but music does affect me rather drastically. It affects how I feel and my outlook, that is why when I am sad, I try to listen to happy music. When I am upset, I listen to calming music. Music is so engrained into my generation, it’s insane. Looking around campus, 2 in 3 people have their earbuds in jamming to their latest favorite. Even now, I am jamming out to some Battle Born. It is so crazy how much that affects us!

What do you think about that?

If only you saw what I can see, you’d understand why I want you so desperately. Right now I’m looking at you and I can’t believe, you don’t know you’re beautiful. That’s what makes you beautiful.

Hi hey hello,

Sorry for the complete lack of posting for the past two days. Sunday I was soaking up my last days of Spring Break, and Monday I was sick with a migraine. Hopefully I can power through the pain in my head to get a semi-decent post out.

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! Mine was spent doing about 142 things. Friday night, we had a surprise party for my mom’s birthday. I spent most of that day running around getting things ready for said party. It was really awesome and my mom loved it! She was surprised which was great because generally it isn’t super easy to pull things over on my mom. Saturday we had Diana’s birthday party. Hello Kitty themed and everything. It was fun, and though not many kids showed up, she had a blast, which was great!

I was actually productive Saturday night, I stayed up pretty late and worked on FLVS. I got a bunch done, which was awesome, seeing as I did NADA over most of SB. Sunday was the single busiest day… like ever. I left my house mid-morning Sunday, and my family and I were running around like crazy people until 6 pm. I was so unbelievably tired. Then my mom had me babysit while her, my dad, and Vlad went to see The Hunger Games. I had to wait a whole 18 hours before I got to see it. That was excruciating.

I went with Jenny and Kate, for Kate’s birthday to go see The Hunger Games. We officially decided that if they ever make another movie about a book we have read, the movie and book are two entirely separate entities. I LOVED  the book. And I really enjoyed the movie, but not together. There was just too much left out of the movie. Caught up in love for the story, I reread the first book, in two days. I would have read it faster, but I had a migraine and I forgot it at home while I was at school. It was very sad. I have not finished it and am itching to start the second one again.

What is your opinion of The Hunger Games? Love it? Hate it? Indifferent? Seen the movie?

May the odds be ever in your favor.

I wonder, how am I supposed to feel when you’re not here. Cause I burned every bridge I ever built when you were here.

Hi hey hello,

I have a lot going on today, so not much of a post today! I tell you guys that I watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, which happens to be much better than Part 1, again last night. I haven’t seen it since it came out in theaters. I loved it in the theater, and I loved it at home. Seeing the movie rekindled my love for not only the series, but for the actors, Tom Felton, Matthew Lewis,  James Phelps, and Oliver Phelps. I adore these guys. They are simply wonderful.

While I go mentally gush about my love for these guys, have a great weekend! I hope you have a fun-filled day, I know I do!

What are your opinions on Harry Potter? Read the books? What characters are your favorite?

Before this dance is through. I think I’ll love you too. I’m so happy when you dance with me

Hi hey hello,

Sorry for the late post. I have been sick…once again. I just cannot beat this junk. It is nice however to have a day off, no school, no work, no soccer, just sitting at home catching up on everything from blogs to reading to movies. I am loving not having stress, today has been nice, other than feeling pretty sick all day. Got the throat junk, stomach ache, head ache, but I am dealing.

Enough complaining on my part, today on Nick, they have been playing all the old tv shows like The Amanda Show, Zoey 101, Unfabulous, and Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. All those old show I used to watch when I was younger.

What tv shows did you watch when you were younger? What other activities did you like to do?

I turn my music up, I’m on a role this time. And heaven is in sight…

Hi hey hello,

Yesterday was one of those days where you are just relaxed. Even though I had an exam and a pretty significant amount of homework, I did not go to soccer practice, so I suddenly had these like four hours where I could get caught up on things and get ahead on other things. It was very refreshing. I got ahead on scholarship applications and some online school. I caught up in some other classes. I did some laundry. I was able to actually breathe for a little while and was not running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to finish everything I had for the day. Suddenly, this week does not seem so menacing, I think I can make it through. That is a good feeling.

Oh, and I also found time to watch a movie with my dad. We watched Adjustment Bureau. I thought it was a pretty good movie. Very reminiscent of Inception in my opinion. Matt Damon is one of my favorite actors, he is awesome.

I hope you all have a fabulous Wednesday!

What did you all do today? What do you do to relax?
